Steve, actually has negative rep! :lol if you point your mouse clicker on the red or green box next to the rep power number it will tell you whether someone is on the distinguished road, has a reutation without repute, or has had some shameless behavior in the past :)

Alot of forums use it for trader stuff to see if they are a good seller. Here however its all in fun...whoever wanted to could give each other reputation points.
