site doesn't update new threads/ posts

ive had this problem for several days...

in order to see a new post, i need to go into the thread and hit the refresh button....

I do . some times .

I also get the database error , and I luse all the new posts , and that pisses me off , cause I'm not going to read everything . But that's how I find posts that are 4 days old as new . cause 4 days later someone makes a post .

Sorry guys dont know what to tell you. I can duplicate the problem on any machine. My girlfriends, work, home, my laptop.
