Due to the extra space we will be recieving here at our governor St location, FIM will be expanding and offering more services to you. Also our showroom will be much larger and hopefully a little more customer appealing. We will now be offering sand blasting as of next week and powder and ceramic coating in the coming months. We will also be installing a second lift so we can service more vehicles faster and book more jobs. We are currently testing and researching new software for the new EVO's and STI's. We are constantly searching competitors prices and strive to have the cheapest prices on the market for you local guys. Also what helps us with this is our growing list of wholesale distributors that we deal with. Many companies direct: including tial, Hallman, Precision/Garret, ACT, Autometer, Vibrant, And WAY too many more to list. We guarantee we can get you any part cheaper than our leading compitition(AKA Slowboy, AMS, and Extreme PSI or any other ligit company). NO EBAY or FORUM price matching. Sorry cant do that. Its on EBAY for a reason. And now for the good news. As long as things go as projected it looks like we may be able to afford and save the AWD dyno setup as long as it is being used and making the money. FIM strives to be the leader in any and all high performance tuning, service or parts needed!!

If you did work on someones car, they said it looked great, then when it came time to pick it up, they change their mind and say they don't like your work and they're not going to pay you... You'd still want your money, correct?
Either way that's neither here nor there, doesn't belong on the forum. Just sayin'.

nope. customer dont pay untill the job is done correct. just an FYI, Everyone thaught the same as me, cover page was good, could use a little, but was good, rest of links looked like a 3rd grader made them. Tried asking if we could change things around and actually make the pages viewable(and yes, from my NEW lap top), and you did nothing about it, so why pay over $1000 for a cheesy web page and $350 or whatever i paid you for a company logo that I had to fix anyways?? Thats ALOT of money to type my business name, crop a turbo for an O and add a turbo wheel. Took my guy 10 mins to re-create it

LOL, how many times did I ask you if you wanted another design, and you said "no this one looks sick"... Only when it came time to pay did you start complaining.
I'd love to see the logo now if you simply thought I "cropped a turbo" for the O...
It's okay though, you've got "your guy" to do your work from now on. I can tell by that logo in your avatar that he does QUALITY work... :laughin

And C. If you read the sign on my gate, my CLOSEST friend died. And as many know we that all work here at FIM are friends, so we ALL know Keith Ambrosino who died in a bike accident. Sorry we couldnt be around for a tune that you NEED to schedule because we dont take walk in dyno's and sorry you couldnt read the sign on the gate. our appologies.

Man, you people just dont get it.... when your CLOSEST friend dies, the last thing on my mind is customers wasting gas money driving here... Any other time, id do ANYTHING for my customers. But sorry, when a really close person dies i really dont think about driving all the way to east hartford just to change my voicemail... would you?? And besides, the only appointments i had that day i called the customers and canceled. Dyno time requires appointment. No big deal, appology accepted. Have some respect people. Damn

i have more than enough respect, there is no disrespect towards your friend, don't take what i'm saying the wrong way. if i had a business, that'd be how i'd conduct business. you run it however you want.

I was notified of his death while i was at work. i left as soon as i heard. i had a friend that lives close by put the sign up for me. sorry i couldnt put my business first guys. At that particular moment in my life the last thing on my mind was "how to run a business". I put LONGGG hours in here and im dedicated to my work, but when that happened, this place was the last thing on my mind. I appologize. And all this over a dyno??(That needs to be scheduled by appointment only anyways...)... And besides, if YOU weren't the one at the gate for a dyno then whats the big deal
